Comfy stay with family and dogs

Comfortable one-night stay with a friendly front desk. Love the little park area for the dogs. The reason for 4-star is because our cable didn’t work and the way to fix it was that they asked us to call their service vendor directly to resolve. It was a little awkward explaining who we were to the service rep. What would have helped is if the hotel called the cable service support, established the reason for the call, then transferred to us to explain the issue. The cable issue was fixed after 1+ hr.

My room was next to some really loud and obnoxious . From 11:30 until 1:30 AM it went on and on ..... I finally knocked on their inside door and yelled to be quiet - finally I got a security guard and the manager to go over to them. They quieted down a bit but continued talking loud. I would not recommend this place !!!

Room is good, and location is perfect!

The room itself is good; not excellent but also not bad, and definitely above average. It has been remodeled, and for an older hotel, I appreciate that. The one thing that would've made the room itself ideal is if the sink/vanity was behind the door in the actual bathroom. I stayed with someone else and it would've been nice to keep the noise of the running water begind the bathroom door so I wasn't disturbing the other person. Also, the floors could've been cleaner. My socks gor dirty, but I had slippers, so that was a very minor issue. Aside from the actual room, the location is ideal. It was very central to everywhere I wanted to go to. Location is perfect, and overall the room was comfortable and clean. I would definitely consider staying there again.

I thought this hotel was nice and very clean. I love that it was pet friendly and the rooms didn’t smell. It’s close to many good options and shopping. Nights were quiet and the gym was well kept. Pool wasn’t open yet but looked to be good size and they have a small bar and an outdoor seating and fire pit making it a cute spot and even fun in the warmer months. I’d definitely stay again

Pretty decent property but I got eaten up by fleas or something in the worst way. I'm still itching a week later. I don't recommend it but if you're willing to deal with the possibility of getting bitten by whatever bugs then go for it.

Made reservation with wrong date.

I arrived with my confirmation and told the desk clerk(Alex) about my reservation. He checked and wasn't able to find it because i made a mistake and put the wrong date. Super nice and tried to help, but I had to correct it with Hotels.com. I was able get everything corrected in a few minutes over the phone. Room was clean, no carpet, which we liked. The noise in this area is loud with the traffic, and people driving through the parking lot thumping music.
