Noisy motor hotel, expected. Not expected is the combativeness of the front desk staff. Extend my stay through Expedia based on their rate, because I would not pay the higher hotel rate direct they were going to make me check out of my room for from 10:30 - 3:00 and check back into another room. They had the nerve to tell me that “had I extended with them at their higher rate, I would not have been inconvenienced”. Very simple seeing I was booked through to just leave me in my room. For cleaning rooms etc, their room capacity less then 50 percent from looks of the parking lot. Already in one of the least desirable areas of the hotel, no reason for their decision process. Now I’m dealing with being double billed for my first 3 days stay. After much arguing and frustration with the front desk, they finally presented a breakdown of costs and have been over billed in pending charges trying to make sure final charges reflect actual days and the front desk is just further combative and avoiding transparency.
Never again, not sure if it’s mgmt this location or Hotel Brand in general.
