All in all a decent casino/hotel. Big gripe was the blaring mariachi / techno-pop music blasting in the parking lot across the street until 1am both Friday and Saturday nights. I have nothing against celebrating but after midnight have some common courtesy and respect for people that need to go to sleep. Mind you, I was on the 16th floor so imagine how loud it must've been at ground level. Apparently the police were called but didn't do anything. Is there no noise ordinance in Reno?!

The room was clean. We are not people that need complete silence, but we can hear everything from the rooms next door. Especially one neighbor who had their tv on a very high volume. We heard it all day. At 0230 my wife complained and security went to the room and pounded on the door and yelled security 4 times before entering. They turned off the tv and left. At 0430 the tv was back on with the volume high again. We had to move rooms. What inconvenience.
