This hotel needs a full overhaul! I hate writing a bad review but this is My experience and it wasn’t great from the start. The bell hop was condescending towards that I had a full size truck. Parking was awful and our truck had people trying to break into our truck bed cover every night. We were put in the tower across the street. This building was in such horrible condition. Elevators kept breaking, escalators didn’t work. Ceiling tiles were missing and broken. Our room was no better, our first rooms plumbing didn’t drain. So after unpacking we realized and had to pack back up and switch rooms. ( I do need to say the maintenance gentleman that came to try to fix the drain was the nicest person we came across). As for our second room. Very dated, Dirty stained floors, wall had chunks of plaster/drywall damage. A/C unit was so loud it made it even more difficult to sleep. No safe in the room, which how do you not have safes in a casino hotel room??? Maids did not respect the do not disturb sign and entered anyway. Room was noisy. We had neighbors that were screaming and fighting at 4:30 am. Vending machines in hallways didn’t work and when the did, they charged twice for only 1. Honestly, if you need to stay at the row. Stay at Silver legacy or el dorado. We picked this for the 4 teenagers that were with us and it was a huge mistake.

My family and I were enjoying our morning coffee taking turns in the shower when one of their staff members knocked on our door and walked in without waiting for one of us to answer the door. Then the person who walked in didn’t speak English which made us panic more because we didn’t understand why she was entering our room. The manager then proceeded to tell me that the cleaning staff does that during the time of check out. It was 9:10 AM and we thought we had a check out time of 10 AM only to find out that our check out time was really 12 PM. So tell me why your flipping staff is entering my room I paid for when my check out time wasn’t for 2 hours and 50 minutes away. Super unprofessional and rude staff (even the manager made excuses for why her staff was in my room without my permission)!!!!

Everything was better than expected, the only downside was not all elevators were functioning. There was a long wait time to get back to the room or downstairs. Also the elevator to the parking garage was faulty. There we spent another almost 20 minutes just to get to the hotel. Other than that everything was magnificent.

It was ok nothing special or out of the ordinary no pool on site and you have to pay a resort fee each night or day. Didn't watch the listings about low row price without resort fees. No table games in Circus Circus.

No microwave. No rewards card to gamble and dine with. I paid $4.00 for a soda out the vending machine on the 16th floor. It was so hot. It felt like was sitting in the car. The coffee pot was disgusting. Also no fan in the restroom. This used to be a really nice place to stay. The room just didnt seem clean. Saturday morning. The guy whe cleaned are room exceptionally excellent. He does great housekeeping. I do housekerping for Kaiser. So, Thanks to him. He was great. Toni
