The 1st room smelled like pot smoke and febreeze coverup. I couldn’t reach any human by phone so I had to go wait in the long check in line to talk to someone to switch rooms. They did switch us rooms and the new room was clean but our bathroom had an obvious leak in the ceiling with mold growing.

Did not like the lack of welcome when we arrived - had to check-in at a kiosk. Very annoying when you arrive at 9pm and would like to learn about the resort quickly. We would never recommend this to anyone, nor will we ever go back.

You get lost when you park and have to walk forever just to get to your room if you are in sky tower. Needs to be a bit easier to get to yourbroom and the parking lots.

Convenient. Bridge to Silver Legacy is nice for more food options. Midway arcade was great for the kids. Live show at Midway was entertaining. Free parking is a plus.

My mother uses a mobile scooter. 50% of the time the elevator for the scooter did not work. There was a line to use it but we were waiting for the service man to come by to fix it. And a few folks were actually stuck on the service elevator. It was horrible

Nice clean room for the price. A few elevators were not working. That makes longer wait during the busy check-in time. Homeless people around the property. But that’s the way Reno is.
