We enjoyed the food court and the games in the area, the escalators were broken down so we had to walk a long ways to get to our room.

Rooms not close curt checkout not nice

The grave shift Su the graveyard shift employees including the supervisor seem to be Kurt unhelpful unempathetic they were also very stoic and maybe perhaps need more training and customer service I was a little taken aback the hotel was okay any escalators were not working that would be closer to the room and it was a very absolute ridiculous amount of walking you had to do to get to your room with baggage it was unacceptable

The room was decent and somewhat clean. I found to much hair on the shower walls. Didn’t think that was clean. My truck was vandalized in parking garage. They punched a whole in my gas tank and put a dent on the left side of my truck. Like they kicked it. Left me stranded for an extra day. Was not happy at all as I had my family with me and I just wanted to go home. One of my worst experiences.

It would be nice to have a microwave in the rooms. And at first it seemed that the elevators to go up the rooms were crowded during check in hours, but then I quickly learned that they’re always crowded no matter what time it was. 4 out of 6 elevators were working. The hotel just seems really out dated. And the price difference from main hotel tower and the other tower is insane when it’s literally the same and has the same purpose.
