Upon check-in, I learned the room I booked was under renovation and staff let me know that it was no longer available but would upgrade me to a corner suite at no extra charge. The staff were very polite and extremely helpful and the upgraded room was lovely.

Love the old Reno hotel feel but overpriced everything! Every staff I asked a question too they seemed speechless and always confused it was like they saw a ghost. $9 beers $12 shots come on! Why go back to Reno? No reason too.
