Great location, friendly staff, super comfy room! If you’re there for gaming, there aren’t many tables. But walking distance to everything you need in that regard, I would definitely stay again.

A quick overnight before going to our main destination the price was good but they charge a resort fee and dont really have any amenities to offer families. No activities except the casino. So not a place for kids.

The room had modern furnishings and was clean. The beds were very comfortable and there was plenty of space in the bathroom. Our only criticism is there was no microwave in the room or anywhere else in the resort where you could heat up leftovers. Also, when we arrived we couldn't find a valet to help unload our luggage or a cart to take it to our room.

Rooms look good. Comfortable. They are working on a garage for a car collection and there is construction noise All day long. I swear you can hear the elevator going up and down all night long. Good room if not for the noise.

Poor customer service, lack of interaction with guests, no one smiling like it's a bother to help or give direction, lack of management training, and only one cocktail waitress on the floor on a Friday night! The room was located above garage construction noise.

Comfy room clean room

The room was a great price. Everything was clean and comfortable. Construction is going on right now, and it can be heard depending on what room/tower you are staying in. It does state that the pool seasonally closes, but it did not specify that the hot tub also closes, which was a bummer to discover. Had an odd experience when housekeeping came around. They continued to knock after we said no thank you. Overall, though, it was a nice room and a pleasant experience. Just wish there was more information before booking.

They told us we could pay for late checkout before 12:00 the day of checkout; but when when we tried to check out, they said there was a convention so we didn’t have that option anymore. It seems there needs to be more communication with the staff on what we can and can’t do.

Our room was wonderful. Very comfortable. Only thing it would be nice to see some table game in the casino. Other wise great time in the casino. We had dinner and breakfast in the only place that was open. The wait people seemed great. The young man that works in the morning. Was excellent. Thank you so much for a great experience.
