Room was good. Staff were friendly. Lots of work being done. Gambling tables were down one full day. The bartender at the lounge was rude. I asked if the brand of wine was the only wine available and he said- I’m not hiding any from you. What? Was on the other side of the bar talking to friends most of the time.

First, the free shuttle is a joke. They left us at the airport and when I called the hotel, I was told it would be another 1 1/2 hours before we were picked up. Wound up taking a cab. The quick check in kiosk took my payment but didn't check us in. No clean up on our room and when we called housekeeping we were told they were too busy! We tried to get the shuttle back to the airport and couldn't because it was full even though we tried to reserve it days before our departure. Took an Uber this time. I recommend finding another "Resort"

I reserved 2 rooms, but one of the rooms was infested with some type of small cockroaches on the bed and nightstand; on the checkout I informed to the admin just to let them know, but not to complain; then they supposed to follow up by contacting me, but until now 10/31/25 I haven't heard anything from them.
