It has a modern day finish to it. The hallways are clean and does not smell. The room was quite nice with refrigerator and microwave. The bed was comfortable and had good linens. The bathroom was clean and spacious. I like that the furniture and faucets were modern. I would definitely go back there. The only negative remark would be the noise coming from the air conditioning system.

Service from staff was uniformly excellent. Room (Cedar tower) was like new, very attractive, quiet, and comfortable. The only thing I would have liked was an alarm clock. There was a mini fridge and coffee maker. Shuttle to airport was right on time. Buffet was a disappointment, though probably worthwhile if you are there for the crab legs, as most were. Most of the rest was not fresh. I'd try the steakhouse next time

My bf and I were coming to Reno for a 1 night trip so we can drive home from college. The staff was very nice and sweet and welcoming. Our room was beautiful and they gave you all of the things you need in a room. Would definitely stay here again!

There was a lot of construction around the building. Our room looked over the site, which was not pretty. We were very disappointed the Buffet was not open for dinner anymore. It took 5 hours for housekeeping to bring us supplies we requested when we booked. Otherwise, we enjoyed our stay. The room was large and comfortable including the beds.
