The room was clean, however, the bath tub was clogged. The shower curtain was slimy, it needed to be washed. The vent in the bathroom was very loud. Outside the property and parking lot at night, a few people were loitering. You have to be cautious to enter the hotel. It felt unsafe even though my husband was with me.

When I arrived there was a lot of homeless and shady people around the outside...in side the lady who attended to me did not explain to get in the elevator or casino we need a key...we didn't get our $10 free play... In the casino there is a lot of bad and the stalls are low in the bathrooms I would never stay there again..

The hotel is in good condition. It is in a fair neighborhood though there was some homeless people sleeping outside the fence. Also there was a hooker motel a block away ... this has no bearing on this hotel ... just telling about the neighborhood. Room was nice....clean....only complaint(s) was: (1.) This hotel does not accept cash !!!! So if all you have is cash do not try to stay here because they will NOT take your green back $$$ CARDS ONLY, (2.) There was no remote in the room after we checked in (sara the front desk lady personally brought one to our room with in 10 minutes of being notified), (3.) The toilet seats are flat and have no heigth to the 4 legs that are normally on a toilet seat ... this results in the seat sitting flat on the bowl...and the "gentlemans junk" being deposited in the water....not something you want during voiding..... Also the water level is very high and should be lowered, (4.) There is only one washing machine and one dryer for the whole building.... For the positives the staff is extremely helpful and friendly. I would like to thank sara for making our stay so succesful...from the comp drink, gaming play, and food tickets to suggestions on where to go and things to do as well as places to eat.... BONUS Dennys was a block away and we had no trouble walking there 3 times a day and eating GREAT FOOD ....this dennys has great staff and awesome food.

My flight connection was late because of lightning then missed the next. I tried to call BOTH HOTELS.COM AND the Ramada to let them know. ALL 3 NIGHTS were cancelrd but i was still charged for all 3 nights. I was on my way for funeral and everything in Reno was booked.

This is a quiet location in which one can get plenty of sleep. The continental breakfast and coffee are better than the breakfast at most other hotels.

This hotel was disgusting. The check in staff was great but too few. We waited in line for a while to check in, the staff was friendly and welcoming. It went down hill from there. The rooms were dirty and looked like they hadn’t been cleaned in ages. The dirt around the switches was thick. The bathtub didn’t drain and the faucets didn’t work right. Water pressure nonexistent. Neither of us would sit anywhere other than the bed which did seem cleaner than anything else. The walls had marks all over them and the base boards were falling apart. Even though it was smoke free the building smelled of smoke, the halls of weed and cat pee. Would have stayed elsewhere except everywhere else was sold out.

Staff was great. Our room was clean but awkward dimensions being right next to the elevator. Our mattress was not intended for a restful night sleep it needed a mattress pad,something it was so overfirm resulting in constant turning and moving and eventually giving up and getting out of the room before 6:00 am. Otherwise we had no complaints, it was right off I80 in Reno, handy for the state bowling tournament at the Reno Bowling Stadium.

Barking dog was very disruptive.

Second time we stayed here. Hotel is outdated but clean. Choose this location because it is close to UNR and affordable. Not the best area of Reno but never felt unsafe. On this visit we had someone leave their dog alone in the room next door. It barked and yelped off and on for 3 hours. Hotel management basically said there was nothing they could do. They finally contacted the owner and told her to return due to her dog causing such a disturbance. She finally returned around 10pm after which the dog was quiet.

I swear I’ve booked a king room and ended up with a queen that was barely that. The mattress and bedding were of poor quality and very uncomfortable. There was an odor in the hallway that I never could identify. Check in process took forever, but it was unclear if it was just disorganized staff at the counter or poorly developed procedures
