I absolutely loved the staff and property. This may just be my age talking but I don’t like the move away from the personal touch, from the kiosk I had to use to check in to the fact I never did figure out how to order room service we keep moving away from people to machines I don’t like it. Additionally the resort fee should cover valet. I had to show my receipt multiple times to avoid being charged additional fees. It’s funny everything pushed towards paperless other than that.

Gym was very good, plenty of exercise equipment and weights. However pool was out doors, it was too cold to use. Bed was very comfortable and room amenities were excellent. Elevators sliding noise can be heard at night (maybe we were close by). Enjoyed our stay at Silver Legacy

On the 18 th floor we could hear all of the street traffic making it very hard to sleep. You could also hear the wind and feel it coming through the windows. Room carpet is filthy a the bed was not at all comfortable.
