Dialed customer service from the room and she told us there was no where to watch the hockey game and you had to have reservations for the sports book but couldnt make our reservations. We had to go there or go on line. Got there and they didnt know what we were talking about. Got there 15 minutes early and were told we had to pay $39.00 plus tax to check in early. This place is NOT about customer service.

I would not recommend staying at this facility but if you choose to make sure you keep everything in writing via text or email as well as picture and or video before and after of your room.Bob has very shady business practices, he says one thing and does another. He cannot be trusted with your credit card information. I was appalled that he basically called me a liar and hung up on me because I was disputing a charge, very childish like demeanor as well as unethical business practices.

We would look elsewhere next time!

Our experience at check-in was long and cumbersome - staff not “in the know”. Bed was uncomfortable and room had no shelves/drawers in which to put clothing - I used my bedside stand on which to pile things. Four days was too long to live out of a suitcase!

The pool has peeling paint . The jacuzzi did not look clean. I was realky hoping to use these facilities but opted not to. The area around the pool was nice but the pool bar and snack area was completely empty , nothing sticked in fridges etc

Rooms are excellent. The only thing the room lacked was a microwave. Cafe near lobby is great. The coffee, bakery items and deli are excellent. It's in walking distance to multiple casinos and places like the car museum and art museum as well as the river walk.
