No towels in room, I have stayed here a few times now, the cleanliness is always suspect, however this stay was the first time I saw bed bugs!!! I will not be staying here again...

The room they gave me was absolutely disgusting. The walls were almost black with black smudges everywhere The chair was sticky and dirty the controller for the TV was sticky The counters weren't cleaned The toilet seat had a pubic hair on it I couldn't even sit down to go pee I was disgusted mirrors were dirty. It looked like someone lived in it for a long time and were dirty people. I called the front desk several times no answer for about 15 minutes and finally they answer The one girl was trying to say she wasn't on the clock so she couldn't handle it and I had to wait for the other guy to come in so when he came in and I told him about the room and they didn't really want to give me another room but they did. I get into that room and its dirty but not nearly as bad as the other one so I had to bear with it because it was a non-refundable booking. I will never stay there again. I wish I had taken pictures but I was so tired and freaked out

Check in pleasant for sure. All appeared clean until smaller sized roach looking bug scurried across floor. I pulled linens back- NO evidence of bed bugs. All linens clean. Vanity mirror with substantial cracks. Breakfast included means breakfast bars and on demand coffee. For 15 dollars less than circus circus across the street, will return there for next visit.

I’ll start by say the lady that check me in did good but for the room I had sucked the door look like it been kick in when you shut it you could see day light through the door jams the room was not very clean the nightstand they had between the beds. The whole front of it was sticky the floor was still dirty. You had different activities going on throughout the night. Over all would not stay there again

First room smelt like smoke really bad, second looked tidy, but there were particles in the made bed along with hairs and hair on the shower wall. Floor wasn’t vacuumed. So loud at night with street racing and sirens. Beds were hard.
