The room was fine, except the dead bolt lock was not allowing us to close the door properly. It needed maintenance. There was a hair in the closet on the tile floor right when we got there, so I’m not how sure how thorough the cleaning was before we got in.
The staff was nice but the dining was extremely slow because they don’t have enough staff. It took 15 minutes of just standing at the counter before we even got to give an order, then another 20 to get the food, but it was all heat and serve Starbucks food, so I don’t understand why, except needing two people would help. Oatmeal was barely warm. I asked if I should expect this both day we were there and the front desk basically just said yes, they only have one person and the dining counter and one in the back. We had to leave early so I had to get down to the dining room and make sure I was early just to be sure we got food, even though there were only a few other guests there. Be prepared to wait a long time…or get food somewhere else if you are in a rush.
