My only comment is that I was unaware that housekeeping only cleans the rooms every other day. When I asked why they didn't come yesterday, I was told about this and the front desk staff said that I should have been told when I checked in. I wasn't.

The room was fine, except the dead bolt lock was not allowing us to close the door properly. It needed maintenance. There was a hair in the closet on the tile floor right when we got there, so I’m not how sure how thorough the cleaning was before we got in. The staff was nice but the dining was extremely slow because they don’t have enough staff. It took 15 minutes of just standing at the counter before we even got to give an order, then another 20 to get the food, but it was all heat and serve Starbucks food, so I don’t understand why, except needing two people would help. Oatmeal was barely warm. I asked if I should expect this both day we were there and the front desk basically just said yes, they only have one person and the dining counter and one in the back. We had to leave early so I had to get down to the dining room and make sure I was early just to be sure we got food, even though there were only a few other guests there. Be prepared to wait a long time…or get food somewhere else if you are in a rush.

I didn’t read the fine print so I was surprised when I returned to the hotel at 6pm to see my room hadn’t been cleaned. When I found out they only clean on the third day, unless asked otherwise, I was pretty disappointed. Housekeeping was gone for the day and so I could only get more clean towels. I paid $560 for two nights and didn’t get my room cleaned! I was pretty grumpy about it with the front desk, but when I apologized to them later, they graciously accepted.
