All was fine, except for: Room 117, a ripped hole in a bed sheet, one bed made a loud cracking/crunching noise when sat on, an outdoor landscape flood light was pointed right at the window. TV stations were very limited. The tub was pretty narrow for turning around in the shower. The hotel is modern, very clean, nice decor, etc.

The staff at Hampton this am 10-19-2025 was absolutely wonderful. All the trolley carts were gone and a wonderful young lady offered to help carry my bags to my car. The waite staff also offered a quick breakfast to my daughter and myself before we left very early this am. The staff that you have working at this hotel have always been very cordial and make life less stressful. It is greatly appreciated. Thank You

Found this hotel last year, it is super convenient for getting to the NY ren faire and has a Popeye's just up the driveway plus a whole shopping complex but you would never know when you are at the hotel. It is tucked all the way in the back and is nice & quiet.
