From the moment I arrived, it was clear that this establishment fails to meet even the most basic standards of hospitality and cleanliness. Upon arrival, I was informed that my multiple rooms weren't ready, despite arriving at the advertised check-in time. The front desk agent, Jared, delivered this news without a hint of apology or concern for my inconvenience. When I inquired about when the rooms might be available, he shrugged dismissively, leaving me completely in the dark. To make matters worse, Jared had the audacity to complain that they were "understaffed" - as if their staffing issues were somehow my problem and not a management failure. Adding insult to injury, the hotel offers complimentary drinks from 5:30 to 7:00 PM, but Jared refused to provide the drink tickets for all my rooms. Even though both rooms had been fully paid for over three weeks in advance, and despite one room not being ready past the guaranteed check-in time (through no fault of mine), I was denied the amenities I had rightfully paid for. This arbitrary withholding of included services was both unprofessional and showed a complete disregard for paying customers. I was made to feel like an unwelcome burden simply for expecting the room I had reserved to be ready on time. The appalling customer service didn't end there. Jared provided absolutely no information about Hotel amenities-breakfast, pool access, etc. Basic hospitality training seems to be entirely absent. Cleanliness is also an issue.

Remember Motel 6?

An utterly charmless, dispirited, and depressing place. I assume it has gone through one or more bankruptcies, and is being run by a receiver or somebody who doesn’t know or care. The kind of Motel 6 attitude that leaves a room without bar soap, a pencil or notepad, stains on the carpet and a staff that gives you the impression they are serving a prison term, and you are part of the punishment. Just sad.

Quaint room. There for Nyway states weekend so wish knowing that since this was happening they would’ve planned for breakfast to be earlier and being a lot of children that the pool would’ve constantly been being restocked with towels. Also over an hour before checkout we went down briefly for breakfast and to bring a couple bags down and came up to someone already cleaning our room. Hadn’t even checked out yet so were disappointed because we did want to relax a little longer

Great suites for families

Our family loved that there was a living room dining area separate from our bedroom, allowing the kids to have their own space to watch TV and hang out in between activities. Best hotel layout we have ever experienced.

This place is gross. Also no ventilation in the room and I didn't even have a window. I got a king suite and the footing of the bed has 10 inches for you to walk to the other side of the bed. I think a jail cell is bigger..

I've never met an operations manager like Edward. He was so rude condescending, and unwilling to help that it truly was a triumph of the labor laws, employer apathy, and a disregard for the customer experience. Ad needs to be completely retrained and begin his career guide at the beginning. Thank you.
