A great escape! This is the spouse and I go to hotel when in Syracuse. Freindly staff, comfortable rooms, and close to many entertainment and eating establishments.

I stay in this hotel due to its location. It’s an average stay, average room. This time it happened to be Syracuse Winterfest. The hotel was loud and full of partiers. The evening was even louder with a dance party going on until midnight. I paid too much for “convenience” and will check next time to see what the hotel is hosting before booking

Beautiful old hotel with updated rooms that are super clean. A bonus is the location next to the Salt City Market with lots of diverse dining options! Parking is off-site but close. Overall great!

Love walking the halls of history

Last minute booking to see my daughter at Syracuse University. We were very pleased with the hotel, staff, convenience and just loved learning the history of the hotel! Beautiful hotel, food was great.

Staff was excellent. Hotel was very pretty with the art deco accents. Rooms were very spacious and comfortable. Excellent dining options in the hotel and very close to downtown attractions.
