We had a great stay. We were traveling with 2 toddlers, the hotel was quiet, friendly, breakfast was excellent for us and the kids (with high chairs.) The rooms were clean with daily house keeping. I would have given 5 stars, accept for the fact that the winter storm affected our trip and canceled our flight, therefore, we had to leave a day early and they do not refund for unused portions of your stay which was a big bummer. Aside from that, we really enjoyed our stay.

Nice, quite, clean, and spacious. Much better than the tiny rooms in Manhattan. Close to freeway with easy access to NYC, Westchester, and Jersey. Free breakfast was also pretty decent and the staff was helpful.

The room was comfortable, the only problem was the AC. The AC took a long while for the temperature to warm up the room, also it would make a loud bang noise that scared us we thought someone was trying to break in via the window even though we were on the second floor. During at night while we were sleeping the AC made the same loud bang and a hissing sound. AC needs improvement.

The room had flying nets in it, not for sure if something wasn’t thoroughly but it was spacious.. the breakfast was bland and served the same breakfast everyday..parking was wonderful but a few years ago they offered a shuttle to the train and now no longer have that service and that’s mainly why I picked this location

Great stay, everything was perfect, clean room, cleaning lady showed up every single day, we had clean towels clean room everything we needed. The room had a mini kitchen and a little stove which is perfect for families with kids. Check in and out super fast, huge parking lot. I have only good things to say about this stay.

This is the second bad experience I've had at what should be a great property. When I arrived, the computers glitched. The front desk person could not fix the situation. It took over an hour to simply check in. Two bedrooms, two bathrooms. One shower did not work at all. The other had limited hot water at best. The room does not go over 72 degrees. I asked for someone to fix that. No one ever came. I asked again (three hours later), was promised "they're on their way." No one ever showed. This property is tucked away in a business park, and is perfectly situated for maximum convenience. Unfortunately, the lack of qualified service and service-when-needed has killed the experience. And it wasn't an isolated experience. I stayed here a week earlier, and it was also a mess. Just for the record, I wrote all this to the manager in a survey sent directly from the hotel, and even said "I'm not posting this publicly," as perhaps all this person needed was to know what was going on so it could be addressed. He never even gave the courtesy of a response. So I have no problem sharing the experience now, since they had a chance to correct course, and obviously don't care enough to do so.
