The Best Western staff has always been very wonderful, I’m a repeat guest here. Holly at the front desk this visit was especially great, thank you, Holly, for the hospitality! The hotel is near a lot of great restaurants, a solid record store, and is a short walk to Everson Museum of Art, and Landmark Theatre.

Booking a different hotel

Do not stay here!!! Room was absolutely disgusting!! The floors from the elevator into the room couldn’t get dirtier. The room conditions were even worse. Stains all over the bed, there wasn’t even pillow cases on the pillows which were also stained! The door wouldn’t even shut. Was only in the room 30 seconds, left got a refund and went to a different hotel.

We turn on the a/c because it was very warm in the room, it ran all night but it never got under 74 degrees. It was difficult to sleep. On a good note, the water pressure was amazing, the towels were soft, and the shampoo/conditioner/body wash was terrific as well.

this is an old property so I expect not the beat decor - even the bathroom door doesnt open past the sink lol - but it was conveniently located to what we were doing - friendly staff - Hotel lobby was like a sauna - i felt bad for the desk staff who couldnt eacape it neing so hot -
