We had a suite room that was excellent and the pool area was good. We went to one restaurant that was not very good. We also were not a fan of the Casino. We were staying until the 11am check out due to the time of our flight. Housekeeping came at 9am and I told them we were staying until checkout. Housekeeping came back, the same person, at 10:25.

Broken and Smelly

I was not impressed. The hotel's computer system crashed before we arrived. They could not check us in. So instead they sent us to have lunch. We did not need to eat. When it came time to check in finally I waited in line for over 45 minutes. The room was fair, The shower door was broken. The bathroom barn door did not work. I was with my family of four and every time some one went in to use the bathroom they had no privacy as the full length mirror advertised who was in the bath and what they were doing. Smoking was allowed in the casino, which is open to the different restaurants. While we ate we got to smell and breath second hand smoke. The pool area is nice and renovated. However I felt it was small for the size of the hotel. Unfortunately, every time I went out of my hotel room and into the casino I came back smelling like cigarettes. I would have taken a shower to get rid of the smell except my bathroom door would not close, so I had no privacy to do so. Really did not enjoy my stay.
