After 25 years I am still amazed at this Property!

We have been coming here for 25years off and on and their constancy in their up keep with the property is phenomenal! The rooms are always clean and they have did a couple of upgrades which are very nice! Very family friendly too. Love staying here!

All staff were extremely kind and helpful. Easy check in. They text while you are there so simply can request towels etc enjoyed the seasonal pool which most hotels in Vegas do not have.

Got ripped off!!

I tried to cancel this trip thru Hotels.com five days before check-in because my wife had 3 surgeries in 3 days and was not going anywhere. Hotels.com took no responsibility to help with this and said I would have to call the hotel itself which I did. When I spoke to them 2 days after our scheduled check-in, they told me they had no record of my reservation and would have to pursue it thru Hotels.com. I want my money back from whoever has it, either Hotels.com because they never booked the actual reservation for us or Hilton Las Vegas Cancun because they just pocketed the money and just pled ignorance to the whole thing.
