Open floor plan with stone flooring - Game table - Library - Large circular sofa seats 1-dozen - Wood burning Cowboy Cauldron (great for making S'mores Yummy), Spa, Grass for croquet in rear yard - Covered Patios - Built-in patio misting system (seasonal) - nearby park and walking trails - Sunset Station Casino 1.4 miles away with bowling, movie theater, arcade and restaurants (Recommend the Oyster Bar - Cajun Cuisine).

For larger groups (over 6-guests) there is an additional nightly fee, applied only to the seventh through tenth guest, i.e. a group of 7-guests is charged the regular rate plus $25/night. For more than (8) and up to (10) guests, please inquire with owner.

The garage is locked-off, however there is plenty of outside parking, including 3-spaces in the driveway and a quite, wide street perfect for overflow/boat/RV parking.

Two noise level monitors are installed at the property, one is in the interior common area and the other is on the rear patio. This is a requirement for all short term rental properties within the city municipality for the purpose of addressing potential noise complaints from neighbors and is for everyone's benefit. Refer to House Rules for more information.

There is a security camera at the exterior entry area, as required by city municipality for security purposes. For security purposes only there is a camera located on the rear yard patio cover near and pointing away from the covered spa.
