We were given a different room than requested, and then had to ask 3 times for a roll away cot (traveling with kids). Then our air conditioner sounded like a Mac truck and didn’t work. We ended up opening the window and hoping for some relief. No other rooms available. The smoke alarm was going off every 5-10 min downstairs when we were getting food. We have stayed here before with the kid and it was much better! My 13 yr old son said he might not sit in the chair donwstairs it was so dirty. The bus shuttle to the airport was thankfully perfect!

Reserved shuttle for next AM to airport and Amanda didn't write it down. Had to scramble to get shuttle for us. I asked Amanda if there was coffee available in lobby in morning and she said "no". As we came down for the missing shuttle, there was a very nice coffee bar. Othewise, nice hotel. Shuttle driver ver nice

They really need to repair the hotel; it's very old and has clearly been neglected. If I had known, I would have paid more to stay at a better hotel. I thought it was a Hilton, so I expected it to be decent, but it felt more like a no-name hotel. It’s not worth the price.
